The bill (Reg. No. 4841-д) regulates establishment and activity of the
self-regulatory organizations founded by the economic and professional entities
to protect and represent their interests.
People´s Deputy N.Korolevska stated that the primary purpose of the bill was to promote economic activity, improve the quality of goods, works and services, and guarantee effective interaction between the economic entities and the public authority bodies.
The bill includes the terms and conditions of obtaining and terminating the status of a self-regulatory organization. Thus, a self-regulatory organization shall meet the following requirements: include at least three economic and\or professional entities, which constitutes a subject of self-regulation; possess the developed binding rules of economic or professional activity. The status of a self-regulatory organization is acquired by the state registration of a self-regulatory organization or by entry of the information on a non-commercial association into a single state register of self-regulatory organizations.
